Circles on the salt flats

I’ve written often about the strange topography of the Bonneville Salt Flats, the 159 square mile, often 6 foot thick remnant of the ancient Lake Bonneville. The lack of normal visual cues on the salt flats triggers cognitive dissonance and short-circuits the senses. Experts say that without intense concentration, a person would literally walk in circles there.

Well, Miss Ella proved that in hilarious fashion Friday night. Check it out:

    Wow – now that is a big, empty land! Great video…she looks like she’s having fun, anyways – going in circles or not!
